GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR CULINARY STUDIES

Aspiring culinary careerists are encouraged to apply by Oct. 1 for International Association of Culinary Professionals scholarships and working "sojourns" for the 1995-1996 academic year.

The awards are available to all individuals interested in pursuing culinary careers, including people already working in the field as professionals. Special emphasis is placed on new students entering culinary study from high school, college or trade school; on culinary professionals desiring intensive workshops or courses; and on career-change individuals wishing to enter the food professions.
