The Star got goals from Trevor Plunkett, Noukhan Theopack, Jeff Baetz and Ernie Hale. Ryan Caya had the shutout in goal.
Later Monday, the Star wrapped up its trip by losing 2-1 to an all-star team from the Bavarian region of Germany.
Hale scored Roanoke's lone goal and Steve Hamblen was outstanding on defense, according to coach Danny Beamer.
Roanoke completed its tour with an 11-2-2 record.

Salem was eliminated from the Dixie Debs World Series Monday at the Moyer Sports Complex in Salem, falling 6-5 to Alabama.
Holly Carter scored the go-ahead run for Alabama in the sixth inning. Cary Phillips was 2-for-4 with a double and earned the victory pitching with seven strikeouts.
Alabama advances to play Bedford National, the Virginia state representative in the event, today at 6 p.m. in the losers' bracket semifinals. Mississippi plays North Carolina at 4 p.m. in the other semifinal.
In the winners' bracket, Tennessee takes on Louisiana at 8 p.m.
In a tournament dominated by strong pitching, the Roanoke Valley Stars 10-Under team finished fifth in the National Softball Association World Series over the weekend at Chattanooga, Tenn.
The Stars' Claire Austin pitched a two-hitter and gave up no earned runs, but her team lost 5-0 to Miami in the winners' bracket semifinals Sunday. Five errors proved the downfall of Roanoke Valley, which had no hits.
In the losers' bracket final, Roanoke Valley lost 7-0 to a Chattanooga team.
Brandy Bailey pitched the first four innings, allowing one hit and no earned runs, but Chattanooga scored four unearned runs. Jamie Walthall pitched the last inning, giving up two hits, one earned run and two unearned runs. Roanoke Valley had one hit.
Roanoke Valley finished fifth, getting one hit in its last three games. The Stars' pitchers allowed two earned runs in their four tournament games.
The two teams that defeated Roanoke Valley finished second (Chattanooga) and third (Miami). Another Chattanooga team, the Storm, won the tournament.
The Vinton American All-Star boys' pre-major baseball team was eliminated from the Dixie Youth World Series Monday in Avon Park, Fla. Vinton fell 4-1 to Goodlettesville, Tenn., in the double-elimination tournament, finishing seventh overall with a 1-2 record.
The Net Hackers women's tennis team from Roanoke defeated Richmond Weekday 4-1 on Monday to finish second in the state 3.5-rating tournament at the Fairfax Racquet Club. The Net Hackers, who earlier had fallen to Shenandoah 3-2, advanced to the Middle Atlantic Tournament from Aug. 18-21 in Virginia Beach.
The Vinton Sluggers tried to stay alive in the Dixie Bells World Series of girls' 13-15 softball when they met Mississippi on Monday night in Waverly, Tenn. The Sluggers dropped to the losers' bracket when they fell to host Humphrey County 3-2 on Saturday night. Third baseman Brandi Welch was 2-for-2 with four runs batted in Saturday in Vinton's opening game, a 5-2 triumph over North Carolina.
K.J. Hippensteel of Roanoke advanced Monday at the USTA Boys' 14 National Championship tennis tournament in San Antonio, Texas. Hippensteel defeated Mario Alvarez of Miami 6-3, 6-3 to advance to the quarterfinals today against Benjamin Cox of Spring Lake, Mich.
