FARRELL'S HR GIVES BUCS 3-2 VICTORY

Jon Farrell ruined a nice pitchers' duel Tuesday night.

The Salem Buccaneers slugger clubbed a hanging slider on a 1-2 count from Lynchburg Red Sox reliever Chad Amos for a two-run homer in the top of the ninth inning as the Bucs raillied for a 3-2 Carolina League victory at City Stadium.
