A LOST SEASON AT BLOWING SPRINGS

It is not big deal - maybe - the locked, iron gate blocking the road into Blowing Springs Campground in Bath County. Nothing compared to the crime bill or health care or the baseball strike.

The campground isn't some kind of fancy place. Just a fishhook shaped road in a hollow along Back Creek, where the grass is green and there are plenty of trees for tucking a tent or parking an RV. Most of the time you have it to yourself.
