BARBECUE RECIPES TO REMEMBER FROM A FORGOTTEN PAMPHLET

Recently, while weeding out my personal collection of miscellaneous recipes, I came across a small, yellowing pamphlet, copyrighted in 1970 by a company that I now cannot locate.

The booklet's cover as well as its first 32 pages are missing. Its few remaining pages are simply headed "Barbecue." I have no idea where or when I acquired it, but one glance at its fun assortment of odd foods to grill clarified why: no monotony here; these are grilling-boredom busters.

I regret that I know neither title nor source for my tattered little pamphlet; I'd love to find an intact copy to see what treasures are among its missing pages. That not seeming possible, though, I hope you enjoy this sampling of its foods you probably wouldn't have thought to grill.
