Southmountain Coal Co. has not been fined $3.6 million for federal mine safety violations that led to a 1992 explosion that killed eight miners. The company faces a possible fine, but none has been imposed. Because of a copy editor's error, a story Saturday contained incorrect information.

Because of a copy editor's error, the wrong player was listed in some editions as scoring three touchdowns for Roanoke Catholic in a 32-12 victory over Kenston Forest on Friday. P.J. Moyer scored three touchdowns. The school's 1993 record was incorrect in a story Sunday; the Celtics were 4-6.
