Because of an editorial assistant's error, the date of a lawn-care workshop was listed incorrectly in the Aug. 28 Current Events calendar in the New River Current. The correct date is Tuesday, Sept. 6.

Because of an editorial assistant's error, the date of Debbie Spencer's appearance at Straight Street was listed incorrectly Aug. 26 and 27 in the New River Current. Spencer is scheduled to appear Saturday, Sept. 10.

Because of a copy editor's error, Hoein' & Growin' in the Aug. 25 New River Current contained the previous week's discussion on tree injection instead of the scheduled column on lawn fertilization as the headline indicated. The lawn care column will run Thursday, Sept. 1.
