Lowery had touchdown runs of 70 and 35 yards in the first quarter for Narrows (2-2 overall,1-0 district) and Hollie added an 80-yard TD run. Lowery also starred at defensive tackle with 12 tackles, five of them solos.
The teams combined for 666 rushing yards.
Grayson County (1-4, 0-2) drove to Narrows' 34-yard-line late in the fourth quarter, but was stopped on downs.

RADFORD- Adam Morgan threw four interceptions to doom Fort Chiswell, and Larnell Lewis scored two touchdowns to lead the Bobcats (4-1) over the Pioneers (1-4) in a non-district game.
Lewis dove in from the 1 for his first touchdown in the second quarter, and later picked off a Pioneer pass and ran 25 yards for another score as time ran out in the first half. Clancy Woodrum scampered 23 yards for a touchdown and Eddie Waldron waltzed in from 39 yards out to score for Radford.
Ernest Viars scored Fort Chiswell's lone touchdown on a 2-yard run in the fourth. Viars was held to 38 yards on nine carries.

GALAX - The Maroon Tide scored on its first five possessions and amassed 217 rushing yards in the first half while holding the Eagles to 5 yards of total offense in the first two quarters of a non-district game.
Galax (1-4) piled up 349 yards of rushing offense in a game in which it did not attempt a pass. The Maroon Tide scored the first 48 points of the game before Auburn (0-5) scored twice in the fourth quarter.
Twin brothers Randy and Andy Ashworth combined for 133 yards of offense and three touchdowns for the Tide.
Steve Ford led Galax with 103 yards and scored a touchdown. Bradley Hudgins rushed for a 42-yard touchdown and Bobby Bonds added a 1-yard score for the Eagles.

MARION - Derrick Snodgrass ran for 204 yards and scored two touchdownds,while Wayne Meadows added 142 yards and a pair of scores in a non-district victory the Scarlet Hurricanes.
Carroll County (1-3) got a touchdown from Barry Stockner. It was Marion's first victory in five games.
