LATE FUMBLE COSTLY TO MARTINSVILLE

E.J. Moyer recovered a Martinsville fumble in the end zone late in the fourth quarter to preserve Laurel Park's 14-12 Piedmont District victory over Martinsville Friday night. The loss was Martinsville's first in the district this season.

Martinsville (3-2, 3-1) drove to the Laurel Park 5-yard line and looked like it might drive in for the winning score before Moyer recovered the Bulldog's fumble.
