Jermaine Bellamy scored on a 5-yard run to pull Newport News (4-2) within 17-13 midway through the third period. Graham, a former standout at Christiansburg, rushed for his second touchdown of the day to give the Builders the lead for good.
Graham, who completed 5 of 8 passes for 43 yards, scored on a 1-yard run in the first quarter.
Ferrum (1-5) led 17-7 on Millard Vining's 15-yard pass to John Poindexter with 9:41 remaining in the third quarter.
