GERONTOLOGIST TO LECTURE

Renowned gerontologist Vern Bengston will spend four days consulting with the faculty and students of Virginia Tech's Department of Family and Child Development.

Bengston is a gerontology professor at the University of Southern California and has authored many books on aging and intergenerational issues.

His first lecture will be on intergenerational relationships Monday at 7:30 p.m. in the Wallace Hall atrium.

He will also lecture at the Monthly Gerontology Noontime Forum on Tuesday in room 150 of Squires Student Center.
