STRIKE FORCE SUMMARY

There may be more change on the horizon for Virginia's criminal justice system, which was overhauled just last month when the general assembly voted to abolish parole and restructure sentencing.

This time, one of the most sweeping reforms is directed at the state's juvenile system, which was esentially untouched by Gov. George Allen's plan to abolish parole for adult offenders.
