BEASLEY'S RUNNING LIFTS CHRISTIANSBURG

Andra Beasley came alive in the fourth quarter, rushing for three touchdowns as Christiansburg scored 20 fourth-quarter points and defeated Glenvar 35-14 in a non-district game Saturday night.

Beasley, who had 44 yards at halftime, scored four touchdowns in the second half. He broke loose on a 23-yard run in the third quarter to give Christiansburg (4-3) a 15-6 lead.

Beasley, who finished with 171 yards in the game, scored on runs of 18, 44 and 12 yards in the fourth quarter. East led Glenvar (3-3) with 113 yards rushing.
