CLINTON'S VISIT TO RAISE MORE MONEY FOR ROBB

President Clinton on Friday will make his second trip to Virginia to boost the U.S. Senate campaign of incumbent Democrat Charles Robb.

Clinton is scheduled to be the featured speaker at the annual Kennedy-King dinner sponsored by the 8th Congressional District Democratic Committee in Alexandria.

The event is expected to raise $100,000 for a get-out-the-vote effort in Northern Virginia on behalf of Robb and U.S. Rep. James Moran, D-Alexandria.

About 800 people are expected to attend the 6:30 p.m. dinner at the Radisson Hotel on Seminary Avenue. Tickets cost $75 to $500.

Clinton spoke at a Robb fund-raiser in Fairfax County on Oct. 3. The event netted an estimated $500,000 for Robb's campaign coffers.
