CHAMBER MUSIC

The Arcadia Trio from Germany will perform Thursday at 8 p.m. in Roanoke College's Olin Theater in the Roanoke Valley Chamber Music Society's 15th anniversary season opener.

The concert will include works by Beethoven, Ravel and Schubert.

Other concerts in the Roanoke Chamber Music Society's 1994-95 season include The Wilanow String Quartet from Poland, performing on Dec. 7, The Quatuor Parisii from France on Jan. 26, The Wallinger String Quartet from the Czech Republic on March 10, and the Fedele Trio from the United States on April 29.

All concerts include a preview before and a "meet the artist'' reception afterward. Season tickets for the series are $45 each; individual concert tickets are $11 each. For more information, call 774-2899.
