COORDINATOR CHOSEN FOR OVERSEAS TRADE

Andy Flores, the No. 2 man in West Virginia's state Development Office has resigned and next month takes charge of Virginia's three overseas trade offices.

Flores, director of business and industrial development in West Virginia for the past 19 months, said Tuesday he plans to begin work in Virginia Nov. 1.

``The people in Virginia had been talking to me for some time and asked if I'd be interested,'' Flores said.

He will coordinate Virginia's foreign development offices in Japan, Belgium and Botswana.
