BLACKSBURG ANNOUNCES LEAF PICKUP

The town will collect leaves in three phases. The first phase gathers leaves in heavily forested areas. The second phase picks up leavies in one of four different quadrants of town each week. The third phase repeats leaf collection in wooded areas where leaves continue to fall.
