ROANOKE ELECTRIC STEEL DECLARES DIVIDEND

Roanoke Electric Steel Corp. has declared a special cash dividend of 13 cents per share of common stock, payable Dec. 20 to shareholders on Dec. 6., in addition to its regular dividend of 12 cents per share, payable Nov. 25 to shareholders on Nov. 9.
