David G. St.Clair of Roanoke, doing business as Dave's Automotive, filed for liquidation, listing assets of $31,670 and liabilities of $47,446.
Paul Ball and Anna Ruth Ball of Jonesville filed for a wage-earner plan for repayment of debts, listing assets of $60,280 and liabilities of $56,257. Paul Ball operates L&A Trucking.
K. Robin Laing of Roanoke, who operates International Development Facilitation and Data Coordination of Blacksburg, filed for liquidation, with assets of $6,035 and liabilities of $32,135.
Brenda W. Orcutt of Roanoke, who said she was self-employed, listed assets of $13,096 and liabilities of $29,040. She is seeking liquidation.

Crown American Realty Trust, Johnstown, Pa., operator of New River Valley Mall in Christiansburg, reported third-quarter net income of $2.2 million, or 8 cents per share, on revenues of $28.7 million, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $1.9 million, equal to 7 cents per share, on revenues of $26.5 million. For the nine months, net income was $6.9 million, or 26 cents, on revenues of $86 million, against $4.3 million, or 16 cents, on revenues of $82.1 million.
