WINNERS ANNOUNCED

The Virginia Museum of Transportation has announced the winners of the 1994 Kemper A. Dobbins Annual Transportation Art Exposition, held every year in conjunction with the Roanoke Railway Festival. All works were required to have a transportation theme.

James Underwood, of Bedford, won the First in Show award for his painting, ``Early Departure Roanoke.'' The Second in Show award went to Lee P. Baker, Roanoke, for her painting, ``Memories of the Line.'' Pamela Ogden, Salem, won the Third in Show award for her gouache entry, ``City Regatta.''
