MCLEOD MOVES TO NEW OFFICES

McLeod and Co., a certified public accounting firm with a staff of 18, has moved into new offices at 410 First St. S.W. in downtown Roanoke. John McLeod, managing partner, said the move was necessary to accommodate the firm's growth. The firm bought the building housing the new offices in March 1992.

"In addition to a number of clients in the downtown area, the firm transacts business on behalf of clients with attorneys, bankers, insurance brokers and others who are concentrated in the downtown area," McLeod said.

The firm said it invested more than $500,000 in the purchase and renovation.
