Marine Pfc. ROGER CROY JR., son of Brenda Croy of Radford, is one of 6,000 Navy and 2,000 Marine Corps members patrolling the waters off the coast of Haiti. Croy, a combat engineer, is part of the Marine force aboard the USS Nashville, an amphibious transport ship, home-ported in Norfolk.
