A representative for R&R Uniform of Richmond reported the theft of two pairs of pants, a shirt, a belt and the vest from his vehicle on Nov. 5. He was unsure when or at what location the items were taken, Lt. Doug Marrs said.
The items were in a United Parcel Service package. Put together, the items could be used to impersonate an officer, police said. One pair of pants was brown, the other navy. The long-sleeve shirt had a Danville City emblem on it.
