Mark Keown, vice president and general manager of WDEF, Park Communications Inc.'s CBS television affiliate in Chattanooga, Tenn., was named Tuesday to a similar position with WTVR, the company's station in Richmond. The move is effective Nov. 28.

It was the first major management shift at a Park property since the company said late last month it would sell its assets to a private investment group for $711.4 million. Park also owns WSLS-TV in Roanoke.

Shareholders of the company that owns the Rock Hill National Bank in South Carolina have approved a merger with a subsidiary of NationsBank Corp. of Charlotte, N.C. The merger agreement calls for shareholders of RHNB Corp. to receive .35 shares of NationsBank Corp. common stock for each share of RHNB common stock outstanding. The merger is expected to be completed in 1995's first quarter.

The Kroger Co., Cincinnati-based supermarket chain, said Tuesday it has reached a tentative agreement with Delchamps Inc., a Mobile, Ala.-based grocer, on the sale of stores to each other in Alabama and Mississippi. Under the agreement, Kroger would sell to Delchamps seven Kroger units in Alabama and Mississippi and would purchase two Delchamps stores in Mississippi. A closing date for the sale has not been set.

Home Alone, a computerized telephone monitoring service for latchkey children, the elderly and the disabled, has opened in Roanoke. The business is owned by Eddie and Rebecca Maloney. The telephone number is 345-2162.

Hidden Woods of Fairway Forest Estates, a 25-lot subdivision in Southwest Roanoke County, has been opened by FFE Development Corp. Inc. The subdivision offers wooded homesites from a half-acre to four acres, underground utilities and state-maintained roads with cul-de-sacs. Prices are $72,950 to $118,950. George P.
