Dwight E. Hodges paid $15,000 in damages to S&D Coffee for breaking an agreement not to compete with his former employer.

Hodges' attorney says his client has never admitted misappropriating S&D funds for his personal use, and the court settlement wasn't related to any such allegations. An Oct. 25 article contained information that could have lead to another interpretation.
