Eddie Lowery, an international staff representative for the union, said he was "terrifically pleased" with the outcome of the vote.
Only one employee of the 90-person staff rejected the labor agreement, which includes a wage increase of up to 19 percent next year.
Workers also will receive a 21/2 percent increase over the following two years. The contract also improved disability pensions and health care coverage.
This is the union's 10th year with the company.
