DUBLIN RENEWS LEASE WITH ASC

Dublin Town Council authorized renewal Thursday night of a lease with ASC Inc., a Michigan-based supplier to Volvo-GM Heavy Truck Corp.

ASC occupies more than 25,000 square feet in the Dublin Industrial Park, where it has had a facility since August 1993.

Council also learned that United Cities Gas is in the process of extending natural gas to the park. This will eventually make natural gas service available to most, if not all, of the town's industrial shell buildings.
