MARTINSVILLE'S CHRISTMAS CLOTHING DRIVE

The Annual Christmas Cheer Clothing Drive in Martinsville will take place Dec. 4. City residents should place donated useable clothing in boxes on street curbs. Volunteers will pick them up beginning at 1 p.m. Rain date is Dec. 11.

Henry County residents are requested to take their clothing to one of these fire stations: Axton, Bassett, Collinsville, Dyer Store, Fieldale, Ridgeway, Horsepasture (sub-station), Patrick Henry.

Clothing may also be deposited at the Christmas Cheer headquarters, 212 Franklin St. (Old Martinsville Wholesale Grocery). Call 632-1127.
