At 33, Nadia Comaneci can still turn heads with her acrobatic twists and spins.
The 1976 Olympic gold-medalist wowed an adoring crowd of 4,000 in Bucharest, Romania, including Premier Nicolae Vacaroiu, with a graceful floor routine Friday. The show was broadcast live on state television.
Wearing a crushed pink velvet leotard, Comaneci also did a jazzy number with American fiance Bart Conner, another Olympic gold-medalist.
``I will never forget I'm Romanian,'' an emotional Comaneci told the cheering crowd. ``I will always be alongside you.''
Comaneci and Conner run a gym in Norman, Okla.
