NORTH APPEARS TONIGHT ON CNN

Republican Oliver North is expected to discuss his recent unsuccessful bid for the U.S. Senate and disclose whether he will run for that office again in 1996 during a televised interview tonight on "Larry King Live."

It will be the first public comment by North since losing the Nov. 8 election to Democrat Charles. Robb. The hour-long program will begin at 9 p.m. on the Cable News Network.
