MARGARET M. GRAYSON has been appointed to the Virginia Western Community College Local Advisory Board as a representative of Roanoke. Grayson teaches Latin at North Cross School, is chair of their foreign language department and a visiting professor in Latin at Hollins College.

VIRGINIA WESTERN COMMUNITY COLLEGE has named the recipients of Donald Willson Memorial Scholarships. Cathy Webber of Salem received $100 award for her work as stage manager, Heather Stovall of Salem received a $100 award for her work as a light board operator, and Rafe Telsch of Floyd received a $100 award for his work as crew chief.
