Can evidence seized after a police arrest based on faulty computer records be used at trial? The Supreme Court on Wednesday confronted what Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg called "a major problem - computers that have misinformation."

Computer-age police work and its impact on privacy was the topic of a spirited courtroom debate among Supreme Court justices Wednesday as they studied an Arizona arrest case.
