FRANKLIN COUNTY PARADE RESCHEDULED FOR TODAY

Franklin County's Christmas Parade - canceled last week because of rain - is rescheduled for today at 4 p.m.

The parade starts at the National Guard Armory on Tanyard Road in Rocky Mount, goes in a clockwise direction around the Main Street area and returns to the Armory.

If weather is a problem today, the parade will be Sunday at 3 p.m.
