TREE FESTIVAL UNDER WAY AT NRV MALL|

The Montgomery County Chapter of the American Red Cross is sponsoring the annual Festival of Christmas Trees at New River Valley Mall through Dec. 22 featuring 14 live trees donated and decorated by Montgomery County organizations.

Admission is $1 for adults and 50 cents for children. Participants may cast a ballot for their favorite tree. The top two trees will win cash awards to be presented to the sponsor organizations Sunday at 3 p.m.

Proceeds will benefit local American Red Cross programs.
