LEAF PICKUP SCHEDULE FOR ROANOKE

Following is the City of Roanoke's loose-leaf collection schedule.

Residents should refer to the zone map on the back page of the Nov. 10 edition of Neighbors to know when collection will take place in their neighborhoods. Maps are also available from all city libraries and fire stations. Crews also will post red notices in each neighborhood about one week prior to collection.

City officials ask that all leaves be raked to the curb by Monday morning of each week.

For the week of Monday through Dec. 23, collection will take place in the following zones: Northwest, zone 1C; Northeast, zone 2F; Southwest, zone 3E; and Southeast, zone 4G.
