RINER MAN DIES OF CRASH INJURIES

Larry Richard Barnett, 37, died at 9:45 a.m. at Roanoke Memorial Hospital, according to a state police report.

Barnett was hospitalized after he lost control of his four-wheel-drive vehicle on a gravel road, Virginia 606, hit an embankment and turned over about 3 miles west of Riner, the report said.

Barnett, who was alone in the vehicle, was not wearing a seat belt.
