WREATH WINNER

Esther Davis of Salem has won first place in the Festival of Wreaths competition held last month by The Arts Council of the Blue Ridge.

Second place winner was Hilda Lent of Vinton. Tonya McGuire of Roanoke took third.

The competition took place in conjunction with the Holiday Gift Show at the Roanoke Civic Center on Nov. 25-27.
