STATEWIDE, HOME SALES DECLINE

Home sales across Virginia were down for November and for the first 11 months of the year.

The home sales survey, published by the Virginia Association of Realtors, found that 58,462 homes were reported under contract through November. That's a decrease of 3.26 percent from 60,370 last year.
