MAN HOPES ACCOUNTANT'S DEATH PAYS OFF

A man who accuses his accountant of losing his $235,000 investment hopes to get the money back through a life insurance policy he's taken out on his former confidant.

Harvey Rosenthal, 65, says that after some prodding, Donal Bunsis agreed to let Rosenthal take out the policy naming himself the beneficiary.

``I am praying for his death,'' Rosenthal said Wednesday.

For three years, Rosenthal said, he's been paying $237.58 a month on the policy.

Initially, the policy was for $250,000, but Rosenthal reduced it to $200,000 after Bunsis repaid $85,000 two years ago. Rosenthal said Bunsis failed to return his money on the investment deal 12 years ago. This month Bunsis was charged by federal postal agents in New York with defrauding clients.
