Two bankruptcies with business affiliations have been filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Western Virginia at Roanoke. One is a personal bankruptcy that the court listed as a business because it has commercial connections and could be of interest to business creditors and customers.

Bobby Lee Rogers and Bonnie Lynn Rogers of Roanoke filed a business peition seeking a wage-earner plan for repayment of debts, listing assets of $63,059 and liabilities of $62,799. They operate Rogers Cleaning Service.

Russell L. Bowers and Robin W. Bowers of Martinsville filed for a wage-earner plan for repayment of debts, listing assets of $5,800 and liabilities of $15,272. Russell Bowers operates R.L. Bowers Construction.
