HUNGRY MOTHER ART SHOW ENTRIES SOUGHT

The deadline for entries to the 22th Annual Hungry Mother Arts and Crafts Festival is Feb. 1. The event will be held July 14-16 at Hungry Mother State Park, Marion.

Approximately 135 artists and crafts people will be accepted to exhibit. A wide range of arts, crafts, and music has been demonstrated and displayed in past years.

Musical entertainment occurs throughout the festival, and many children's workshops are available.

The festival is sponsored by the Art League of Marion and the Smyth County Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Virginina Division of State Parks.
