John Vaughan, 64, has been with the company since 1954. He will continue as chief executive officer and chief of operations.
George Vaughan, 70, who is Taylor Vaughan's father and who has been with the company since 1947, will continue as vice chief executive officer and board chairman. Pressley Turbyfill continues as executive vice president.
John Vaughan said that he and his brother, George, ``both plan on being active for many years.''
