HORROR FANS WILL FIND `TALES FROM THE CRYPT' A BLOODY GOOD SHOW

Despite its cumbersome title, "Tales From the Crypt Presents Demon Knight" is aa first-rate little horror comedy.

It's based on the popular cable TV series - and before that, the lurid E.C. Comics from the 1950s - and will probably find its most appreciative audience on home video. But the film works well on the big screen, with excellent production values, a smart script and a talented cast.
