The Buffaloes (9-3, 2-1) took a 39-19 halftime lead after forcing 18 Shawsville turnovers in the first half and grabbing seven offensive rebounds in the first quarter. Kiser scored seven of his 13 in the first quarter and Jason Dalton added 10.

ROCKY MOUNT - Cave Spring used a huge second half run to bolt past Franklin County in a Roanoke Valley District game.
The Knights led 56-53 in the second half before going on a 27-6 run to put the game away. Cave Spring's inside tandem of Jaclyn Banks and Cheryl Rhodes combined to scored 41 points, including 12 in the fourth quarter.
Rhodes finished with a game-high 21 points and Banks added 20 to pace the Knights.
