In Danville, Michelle Warner scored a game-high 13 points to lead GW-Danville past Franklin County in a non-district girls' game Saturday.
Franklin County (8-7), which scored just 12 points in the first half and was down by 15 at halftime, came back in a 20-point third quarter.
Sandy Hudson scored six of her team-high 12 points in the third and Natalie Giles had four of her 11 in the third to bring the Eagles back.
Hudson missed a shot at the buzzer to tie and GW-Danville held on for the win.
