TREASURES NIGHT AUCTION SET

Progess In Narrows Now will have its third annual Treasures Night Auction Feb. 25 at the Old Narrows High School.

The items to be auctioned will be donated by area residents and are considered "treasures" because the money raised will be used for improvements to the town.

Items that have already been donated are a framed print by renowned artist P. Buckley Moss and tickets to a Charlotte Hornets home basketball game.

A reception at 6 p.m. will give participants a chance to see the items up for bid. The auction starts at 7 p.m., with Narrows native Tom Phlegar as auctioneer.

Admission is $2, and people who donate item will receive a free ticket.
