The Blue Devils trailed 47-45 after three quarters then went on a 14-3 run and outscored the Eagles 32-12 in the fourth quarter.
Grayson County (15-3, 7-1) was led by 23 points from Bryan Boyer and Wes Self. The pair combined for 22 points in the final period.
Chad Shaffner finished with 16 for the Blue Devils, who can win the title outright with a victory at Rocky Gap on Wednesday.
Nathan Blessing led Rocky Gap (11-7, 5-3) with 22 points. Kelly DeHart and Tracey Bradshaw scored 10 each.

BLUEFIELD - David Bailey blocked a last-second shot and grabbed a rebound as time expired to preserve the G-men's victory over the Cavliers.
The contest was close all the way with neither team taking more a 5-point lead. Carroll County got the ball with 15 seconds left and drove in for the layup but Bailey blocked the potential game-winning shot.
Bailey led Graham with 13 points.

BUCHANAN - Shahan Burrell scored 16 points as the Knights rolled past the Indians in a non-district contest.
James River (9-9) jumped out to a 43-23 halftime lead and never trailed.

COVINGTON - The Cougars stayed in the hunt for the Pioneer District title with a surprisingly easy victory over the Rams.
Covington (12-6, 8-2) outscored Highland by at least 13 points in every quarter.
