Food is commonly acknowledged as the way to man's heart. It also appears to be a plausible path to kids' minds.

A group of 4- and 5-, beg pardon, "5-and-a-half-" year-old students of the Blue Ridge Montessori School recently got a taste of African culture through a lunch they helped to prepare in celebration of Black History Month and as part of an ongoing study of continents, countries and cultures.
