PULASKI COUNTY DROPS FLEMING

In a preview of the Roanoke Valley District tournament, Pulaski County whipped William Fleming 46-28 to claim at least a tie for the regular-season title in agirls' game on Thursday.

It was senior night for the Cougars (18-2 overall, 10-1 RVD) and Pulaski's three seniors finished as the top scorers, Kim Cruise led the seniors with 16 points. Jodie Hallett added 12 points and 12 rebounds, and Kim Cruise recorded nine points, five steals, and two blocks.
