Cave Spring must wait for the result of today's Pulaski County-Franklin County matchup. Pulaski County would clinch the title with a victory; a loss would force a playoff with the Knights (16-4, 10-2) next week.
Cave Spring trailed 24-18 at halftime, but came out pressing in the third quarter and outscored William Fleming 21-5. A 20-6 Knights advantage in the fourth quarter sealed the victory.
Lisa Bryan had 12 points and Jaclyn Banks added 10 for Cave Spring.
The Colonels (12-8, 4-8) were led by Kelly Irving with 10 points.

Elaine Ronquillo made a pair of key baskets with less than three minutes remaining to put the Celtics ahead to stay in a semifinal of the Blue Ridge Conference tournament at North Cross.
With Roanoke Catholic (15-6) trailing by three points, Ronquillo converted a steal into a layup, then made an outside shot to put the Celtics ahead. Ronquillo finished with seven points.
Abby Dickson led Roanoke Catholic with 16 points, including a pair of baskets in the final minute to secure the victory. Dickson has 995 points in her career entering tonight's tournament championship game.
Stuart Hall (10-8) got 12 points from Jennifer Davis.

Mandy Britt made five of six free throws in the final minute to lift the Bulldogs over the Eagles in a semifinal of the Blue Ridge Conference tournament at North Cross.
LCA (18-3, 11-0) advances to the final today against Roanoke Catholic, a 36-31 winner over Stuart Hall. Roanoke Valley Christian (14-7, 6-4) will play Stuart Hall in the consolation game at 4:30 p.m.
Britt scored 11 of her team-high 22 points in the final quarter and hit her free throws after Roanoke Valley Christian tied the score at 47 with one minute left.
The Eagles were led by eighth-grader Gina Guthrie, who scored a game-high 27 points, including nine in the final quarter. Shannon Carroll added 11 for LCA.

Kelly Goode and Julia Kennan scored 10 points a piece to pace E.C. Glass (11-8).
